1. Can't type anything into the screen? Doesn't load or display correctly?
• Javascript, Java, and a compatible browser is required.
• First, make sure you're connected (click the CONNECT button).
• Second, make sure your cursor is inside the client window (click inside the window).
2. Want a better interface?
• Please refer to the main website for other ways to connect.
3. Is the connection laggy? Do commands take a long time to respond?
• Stop other internet activity. Right click your Taskbar and see your Task Manager's Networking tab. Network Utilization should be 0%.
• If you're on Dialup, you might want to consider upgrading to broadband.
